Coleslaw {Vicki Clive}

I kid you not, I can’t stop eating it!!!

DRESSING 
1 C Sour Cream 
 ¼ C Sugar 
 1/8 C Minced Onion (I used a Walla Walla sweet onion) 
 ½ C Mayonnaise 
 1/8 C Apple Cider Vinegar 
 Salt & Pepper to taste 
 
Mix and chill while preparing salad.

SALAD 
One 8 oz package coleslaw cabbage (I used tricolor coleslaw) 
1 small head cauliflower – processed in food processor until in little bits 
1 small head broccoli – processed into little bits, too 

DIRECTIONS 
Toss salad and dressing together just before serving. Don’t plan on using leftovers for more than a day.
