Steamed Fish with a Seafood Glaze

SOME OPTIONS
Option 1: Steam your fish with nothing on it. Drizzle it with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle it with coarse salt.
Option 2: Apply glaze to fish. Steam. 

STEAMING
  • Add at least 2 inch of water in the bottom of a steamer, cover and bring to a boil.
  • Remove the lid and lay the fish on the steamer's rack, which should be elevated above the water. Cover and let steam 4-8 minutes or until fish is done.
GLAZE
1 tablespoon Dijon Horseradish Mustard
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon local honey
*Optional 1/2 clove of garlic
Whip together and apply to 2 fillets before steaming.

TOPPING
Freshly chopped parsley to to taste.
