Parmesan or Parmigiano-Reggiano Cream Sauce

INGREDIENTS

3 C Fresh Whipping Cream
1/4 C Unsalted Butter
1 Tablespoon Fresh Cracked Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
6 Tablespoons Parmesan or Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese minimum, more if desired

DIRECTIONS

Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat.

Crack pepper into melted butter and garlic salt to taste. 

Add cream. 

Gradually add parmesan stirring constantly. 

Sauce should not bubble up and foam.

Mix sauce with pasta, adding more parmesan to glue it all together.
