Cream of Chicken Soup Mix

2 c powdered non fat dry milk

3/4 c cornstarch

1/4 instant chicken bouillon powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1/2 tsp black pepper

Mix together and store in airtight container.

To make equivalent of 1 can of soup:

1/3 c soup mix

1 1/4 c water

Bring to boil over medium heat, cook until thick. Use to replace soup in casseroles and other sauces.
