Poppy Seed Cake | Aunt Sally

1 yellow or lemon cake mix

1 small instant french vanilla or white chocolate pudding

4 eggs

1/2 c. water

1 c. sour cream

1 Tbsp. melted butter

1 tsp. almond or lemon flavoring

2 Tbsp. poppy seeds

DIRECTIONS Mix all ingredients, beat 5 minutes. Pour into well greased bunt pan. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
