French Toast


I've loved French Toast for as long as I can remember. It's simple, quick to make, and you can top it with syrup, whipping cream, jams or jellies, even powdered sugar.

DIRECTIONS In a shallow dish, beat eggs, whisk with milk, add in salt, sugar, and cinnamon. YUM! Pull out your griddle and spritz with cooking spray. Dip each piece of bread in mixture making sure to coat both sides. Place slices on griddle and turn when golden brown. Serve hot!

3 eggs

1 c. milk

1/2 tsp. salt

2 tbsp. sugar

Cinnamon to your liking
